Every member after having paid six monthly contributions
Is entitled to receive, during illness of not less than two weeks the sum of ($40.00) per week during the first twelve weeks and ($25.00) per week for the next twelve weeks. In case of Surgery, 20% of the Surgeon’s fee would be given not exceeding ($1,000.00).
